Q: What is Kannaway?
A: Kannaway is a hemp lifestyle company with a focus on nutritional wellness whose products
contain CBDrich
hemp oil.
Q: Who owns Kannaway?
A: Kannaway is a whollyowned
subsidiary of General Hemp, LLC.
Q: Is there an enrollment fee for the Buzz Launch?
A: No, however, if interested parties would like to take advantage of the Powerline bonus, they
need to make a retail purchase within 72 hours of enrolling.
Q: Will there be an IBO fee beginning in April?
A: Yes, if you decide to stay on as a distributor in April, then there will be an IBO fee of $15/mo.
That covers online
marketing tools and back office support.
Q: What is the minimum age to enroll?
A: 18
Q: Can I enroll my spouse?
A: Yes
Q: What are the packages that I can purchase in March?
A: There are three packages:

Q: How many Buzz Launch packages can I order?
A: One package per ID# for the month of March.
Q: What are the packages that I can purchase in April and how much are they?
A: Those packages will be shared on April 1. We have a price point for every lifestyle. All
achievements and levels within the comp plan are open to every person no matter what price
point.
Q: Can I get a copy of the comp plan?
A: Our incredible comp plan can be viewed at www.kannaway.com/compplan.pdf.
Q: Can I share the comp plan with potential recruits?
A: Of course!
Q: What are the regulations on nonlegal
states promoting/selling these products?
A: Our products are legal in all 50 states.
Q: Will use of these products affect preemployment
drug screens?
A: It varies from organization to organization. We are working on creating a video with more
information that will help in answering this question.
Q: Why aren’t we a global company?
A: We have plans to go there. We WANT to be a global company, but right now, we are a U.S.
only company. We can only support our distributors in the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and the
District of Columbia). No U.S. territories yet, but soon!
Q: Can I use Kannaway, KWay, or Kanna as part of my own personal branding?
A: No. You can not create your own URL’s, websites, or group pages with Kannaway, KWay, in
them. In addition, or Kannaway's logos on your own sites or pages. Use of our name, in whole or
in part, or any logos or images that include our logo that have not been expressly approved for
use will result in suspension and/or termination of your account.
Q: Why are the images in the FB group okay to use?
A: Images created by Kannaway for marketing purposes may be used as they are. DO NOT
EDIT OR AMEND THESE IMAGES!
Q: Can I create a sales page for the opportunity?
A: No, all IBO’s will be using our Share Engine tools.
Q: I am a website designer, can I build a site for these products?
A: No, all IBO’s will be using our Share Engine tools.
Q: How can I report pages and websites that are not in compliance?
A: Send an email with a link to compliance@kannaway.com
Q: Where can I buy one of those cool Kannaway hemp tees?
A: Kannaway Tshirts
(made with hemp) will be available to purchase on our Kannaway Nation
tour stops. First stop… DENVER!
Q: When is the Denver event and how can I get a ticket to the Denver event?
A: The Denver event is on April 19. Tickets are available at www.kannaway.com/denver (Tickets
are for the Kannaway event only. Tickets for the 420 event should be purchased separately.)
Q: Can I resell in a store?
A: We are working on that and hope to have a retail plan available by Summer 2014.
Q: Can we make YouTube videos to share the opportunity?
A: Yes, as long as the videos follow the compliance within this video:

Q: How do I respond to negative articles about Kannaway?
A: Don’t. We will be flooding the internet with our own content. Soon, when anyone googles
Kannaway, the first page of google will show OUR content with OUR story in OUR words.
Q: What is so amazing about the marketing tool that you guys have called Share Engine
and how does it help me?
A: Imagine having your own professional Wordpress website filled with sharable content created
just for you. And Imagine you share that content and it gets passed on to others through emails
and social media and on down to people you’ve never met. Now imagine that those people
decide they want to know more about Kannaway after reading or watching the information that
was shared. When they click on the link that takes them back to Kannaway, YOUR MEMBER ID
is wrapped in that link. So if they decided to enroll, they do so under YOU!!!
Now imagine someone searching for any terms related to our hemp lifestyle business and
finding that the content created and shared by Kannaway and Kannaway Nation is flooding the
internet. Imagine when someone looks up “Is Kannaway a scam,” they find a video of one of our
leaders talking about how not only is it NOT a scam, but it’s a great business opportunity with
amazing products!
